World AIDS Day

by MissMalaprop on December 1, 2006

Today is World AIDS Day. There are approximately 40 million people around the world living with HIV, and the disease has already killed more than 25 million worldwide.

World AIDS Day began in 1991 as a way to help spread education about HIV and AIDS and end ignorance and predjudice.
