I’ve been spending maybe a little too much time on Etsy lately. I know that’s the case when I find myself looking at favorite shops over and over and I eventually break down and buy things. But I’ve been trying to be thrifty!
Truth be told though, ever since I first bought a mini messenger bag from the Construction for All Etsy shop, I’ve really wanted to get another full size bag to use as a computer bag and for travelling. I’m in love with the first bag I have…I use it daily, and it’s so well made that I know that any other bag I get will be a good investment. So the other day I saw this bag, the last one available in this sakura cherry blossom print, and I knew I had to jump on it. It should arrive at my door in the next day or two, and I can’t wait!
I also purchased some custom buttons from Button Arcade the other day, and then just last night I stumbled across the most beautiful Hurricane Katrina inspired fleur de lis pendant, which I just posted about over at Blogging New Orleans. Eek! I’ve got to be a good girl…that last one is just going on the wish list for now.

That pattern is delicious! I’ve been really binging on bags lately– too bad there isn’t another one available in that print!
That bag is great! And Etsy is so addictive – I love it.
I love that print! It’s so hard for me not to buy things I love on Etsy… I have to keep reminding myself I’m trying to MAKE money not SPEND it (sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t, lol).
I am addicted to buying art on etsy. There is an original painting that I love love love that costs almost as much as my rent. I crave it. Life before etsy was a sad sad world.
