To be fair, I was out of town for a few days, but lately I’ve just been trying to take a step back from a lot of things. I’ve been doing way too much, for too long: two different part-time day jobs, writing a monthly column for Antigravity Magazine and blogging for BloggingNewOrleans.com, writing here at MissMalaprop and creating stuff for dismantled, volunteering with Big Brothers-Big Sisters, plus being involved in various Etsy street teams and the New Orleans Craft Mafia… the list goes on! P.S. I'm working to totally green my footprints on this planet with CFLs and http://www.phoenixrecyclingnola.com/.
P.P.S. The state of Louisiana just passed a law last month that will give you a tax credit or a check within a year for 50% of your alternative energy equipmen up to $25,000. And since we have net meter legislation, your local utilities are required to buy back your energy at the going rate.
Peace,
Joe

Heh.. I just saw you on treehugger.com.. I was like “Miss Malaprop??” How many of those can there be?
