Those of us in Etsy land have been hearing about it and eagerly awaiting it for months and it finally launched yesterday. Yup, that’s right, I’m talking about The Storque, Etsy’s new online magazine.
I wrote an article for it about my experiences at the Bazaar Bizarre last May; you can read it here. There’s also a great article and video from the Trashion trunk show that I attended at Etsy Labs in July, plus there’s a big feature on all of the Upcycling contest winners, including a video interview that Vanessa did with me when I was at the Etsy Labs. (Geez, I hate watching myself on video… I can’t believe there was a time when I wanted to pursue acting professionally.)
There’s tons of fun and fascinating articles, interviews and videos to puruse at The Storque… I spent a good chunk of last night doing just that actually. I highly recommend watching the intro Storque newscast video… it’s pretty entertaining, to say the least.
