My co-worker just tipped me off to an Etsy seller offering these awesome wood, bone and horn earrings that are made to look like those cool earrings that you usually need stretched earlobes to wear. Only these are for people who have normal pierced ears (like me!). I’ve always loved that look, but I’m not sure that I’m ready to stretch out my earlobes for the sake of fashion.

I really like this idea. These earrings have a unique quality and intriguing design that will make the wearer stand out from the crowd.
These type of earrings don’t sit well with me. I have my lobes stretched out to 00 (which is 9-10mm). I think if you want the look you should have to stretch. Although these specific earrings bother me less than others I have seen. The ones that really bug me are the ones that look like plugs, O-rings and all.
