I tried searching out some more info on it, but it&#039;s kind of hard to find much that explains it very clearly, unfortunately. It seems like some talk on etsy forums has been that it would apply to anything that wouldn&#039;t just sit on display, untouched by anyone, and others say it&#039;s just to be aimed at children&#039;s toy manufacturers.
