I love this editorial post on Stewart+Brown’s site about these brightly colored layered looks from their eco-friendly clothing line. I’m a big fan of bright, solid colored basics, and I love their color combinations for these layered outfits.
I’m also getting a little drooly over this amazing silk and merino wool vest — I LOVE the icy grey color! (I’m finding that half of my wardrobe seems to now consist of grey!)
Stewart+Brown got its start as an ethical, eco-friendly fashion brand in 2002, when it was founded by husband and wife team Karen Stewart and Howard Brown. Most of their looks are made in the USA, and what’s not is ethically made under fair trade conditions in China. They were one of the pioneers in organic and sustainable fashion, and I love that they create such beautiful clothing that it appeals to fashion lovers of all sorts. Lauren, I totally agree! We had a couple of days of cool weather, and I got excited to start layering and wearing boots and knee socks and now it’s warm again here in NOLA!
