While I’m not a mom, I think these play date mommy cards by rethink ink design are a great idea. They’re printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper and can be customized to include your name, children’s names, phone number and email as well as any allergy information or emergency contact info. I could imagine that these would come in really handy for when you meet parents of your children’s friends, not to mention they would be nice to give to your babysitters.
I also really like rethink ink’s 2010 wall calendar. The more I look around the shop, the more I fall in love with all of the designs! There are invitations, blank thank you cards, birthday and holiday cards, all featuring original hand-drawn designs by the owner & designer Jodi, which are then printed in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Well, I’m not a mom either, but I love the design of these cards! Great idea too.
i love the idea of play date cards too! so much i made some myself. if anyone is interested in checking them out, i think they are quite unique in style and concept, and pretty cute too (though hate to shamelessly plug my site – and hope it is okay to do that)
