The 2009 holiday edition of WHATdesigners’ Independent Design Guide is out now, and their feature on “The New Little Black Dress” is just stellar. They feature so many gorgeous dresses by indie designers here, not to mention plenty of other cool gift ideas for home, office, kids, pets and guys, plus a great designer showcase to boot!
