Apparently it was just a quick upgrade through my hosting from PHP 4 to PHP 5 that fixed it. And it seems to have been causing another site I host not to show up in Internet Explorer, though now that site is working too. Yay! Yes! I finally got it fixed. The server hints directed me to contacting my host, Dreamhost, and they were very helpful in figuring out my problem!
