I’ve just discovered Bobo Junket, aka the artwork of Diana Grappasonno, and I love it all. Everything from her cartoon creations to mixed media artwork is brilliant.

Bobo Junket After working as a forensic scientist for years, she decided to quit her day job to pursue her passions. The subjects of most of her work are either women or animals, with some beautiful abstract mixed media thrown in for good measure.

I find her animal portraits, which are rich in vibrant colors, especially stunning. Diana tries to keep her artwork very accessible, and so you’ll find many of her pieces available t-shirts, tote bags and more at her CafePress site.

Her most popular design there is this “Bad Dingo” print. Check out her eBay auctions as well for some of her mixed media and original art.
