Yesterday I discovered a phenomenal UK-based clothing line called Enamore, via Hippy Shopper.

Enamore Peek-a-boo - photo by Richard BridgeEnamore creates drop dead sexy clothing and lingerie using the finest organic and sustainable fabrics, including hemp, cotton, silk and soya.

There are so many gorgeous vintage inspired styles here, I’m drooling. I’m really excited about the Enamore lingerie line by designer Ayten Gasson, as I’ve found it difficult to track down very many stylish yet sustainable lingerie items.

This stuff is perfect for that pin-up girl bombshell look, and while it’s definitely a more high-end lingerie, I think it’s worth it. I’ve seen people gobble up plenty of other lingerie in this price range and higher that’s not crafted from sustainable fabrics.

Enamore will be exhibiting this month at London Fashion week, and very soon the full spring/summer 2007 collection will be available. I hope more stores in the U.S. get wise and start carrying carrying this line…it definitely deserves some exposure.

HOT HOT HOT!!!! Another wonderful find! Thanks so much.

Wow, hemp undies that don’t look like granny panties!

I like the fact that it is stylish and looks comfortable. Unfortunately it seems sometimes to be sexy you have to give up comfort! Good info… Thanks!

I am very impressed. It is great
to see companies using natural fibres
    for Lingerie.

The hemp made ones sound interesting. I will have to find out more about that brand. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Great post, I really enjoyed it. I will have to bookmark this site for later.

This designer is just now beginning to debut in the US (2008), on September 1st 2008 The Oko Box will be carrying enamore’s fall/winter line of lingerie and garters :) YAY! Finally!
