Those I can easily put on and go! So of course over the years I’ve found myself making quite a few varieties:
These fleur de lis barrettes were one of the first types of hair accessories I ever made. Here in New Orleans, we love the fleur de lis, and the shape fits on a barrette back perfectly!
Next, I started making these flower shaped barrettes out of recycled fabrics like denim and lace, and using buttons. (And sometimes even recycled bottlecaps!)
